AI Comes for Top Analysts First

Why is AI hitting the best systems analysts first, not the weakest? Because they are the ones best suited to the human development pipeline, and that pipeline is beginning to disappear. 

In this talk, I'll explain how the dark software factory works, why artefact handoff points are changing in agentic SDLC, and which analytical practices are the first to lose value. As CTO, I'm currently developing and implementing an agentic SDLC pipeline at my company and seeing how responsibilities are radically changing. This talk explores where the old role of the analyst ends and what role is replacing it.
